A computerized legal research system with internet access at all workstations augments the Firm's comprehensive in-house library. These computer capabilities provide access to a nationwide electronic network of case law as well as national and international data bases on a host of topics. The availability of this technology affords each  professional the capacity to represent clients as thoroughly as possible in their area of need. Accordingly firm members and clients current information on  elements such as unpublished IRS letter rulings and technical memoranda, pending federal laws and regulations on legal issues in banking, health care and a variety of other industries, and detailed information regarding judges, expert witnesses and opposing counsel.

The Firm's staff has developed and maintains a firm wide data retrieval system, cataloged by subject including documents prepared by the Firm's attorneys and legal assistants. The internal data bank includes cases, legal memoranda, briefs, opinion letters and pleadings which serve as vital reference sources. Maintenance of a system of this nature reduces the time required to research a wide range of legal issues and enables the professional staff to provide a prompt, efficient response to a client's questions.

Each department of the firm utilizes the firms technical resources uniquely. The Real Estate Division has developed an extensive form bank which further reduces the time required to close most real estate and loan transactions.
