With more than 20 years of civil litigation experience, Margaret Villella helps her clients resolve legal disputes and minimize risk and exposure in a wide range of business and real estate matters. Her practice focuses on the defense of clients in the real estate industry, including contractors, engineers and developers, as well as cases related to employment law, condominium law and business issues.
A Broward County resident since her elementary school years, Villella earned her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University in 1985 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989. She joined the firm in 1997.
Villella is admitted to practice throughout Florida as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
