Margaret has been a Broward County resident since her elementary school
years. She joined the firm in 1997 after serving as senior and managing
partner of Landsman & Villella, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (1992-1997).
She graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelors of Science
Degree (1985) and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami
School of Law (1989).
Margaret is admitted to practice throughout Florida as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Florida and Broward County Bar Associations. Her involvement in these Associations include active participation for the last six years as an appointed member of the Rules of Civil Procedure Committee for the Florida Bar.
Margaret's practice focuses within the area of general civil litigation including business and commercial matters, construction defense, defense of personal injury cases and condominium law. Her broad and complete litigation experience combined with her zealous representation of clients has rapidly earned the respect not only of her clients, but also of her opponents and members of the firm.
Margaret is a former officer and member of the Board of Directors for Youth Sports of Hollywood , Member of the Board of Directors of Hollywood Kiwanis and member of the Board of Directors of the South Broward Family YMCA.
