Sean has made South Florida home since moving here from Baltimore, Maryland in 1977. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Sean earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepherd Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida, where he was the first evening student to be named a Goodwin Fellow.

He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts (2003), the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2005), the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida (2004), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit (2004). In 2009, he became Board Certified in Construction Law.

Sean concentrates his practice on construction and commercial related matters; including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, as well as on contract preparation, review, and negotiation.

He is a member of several legal associations, including The Florida Bar (Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, Construction Law Committee), the Broward County Bar Association (Construction Law Committee), and the American Bar Association (Construction Law Forum, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section). Sean has also lectured in various Construction Law Litigation Seminars.
