A board certified construction lawyer, Sean Sullivan assists clients in finding effective solutions in a wide range of commercial and construction matters. His primary practice area involves resolving disputes through civil litigation, mediation and arbitration.
Sullivan also advises public entities, private companies and individuals in contracts, negotiations, and administrative proceedings. In addition to his construction law experience, he has an extensive background in insurance-related issues.
Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida Atlantic University and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepherd Broad Law Center, where he was the first evening student to be named a Goodwin Fellow.
He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
