As a member of the firm’s litigation department, Kimberly Gessner provides clients with a wide range of legal services in construction, business, and employment litigation. Her practice focuses primarily in resolving legal disputes through pre-suit negotiations, civil litigation, mediation, and trial.
Gessner also advises clients on many preventative measures business owners can and should take relating to employment issues, when either starting a business, or wishing to improve their practices and procedures, including compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Gessner earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Baylor University in May of 2001, and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in May of 2004.
She is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

- Drafting, enforcing and defending employment agreements
- Construction claims, including lien, bond and code issues
- Construction defense
- Commercial, contractual, and business disputes
- Defending employers in discrimination actions
